WHOLEWHEAT FLOUR MADE FROM STONEMILL DURUM WHEAT

This flour has been produced in the traditional way, grinded by a millstone. The durum wheat grains used have been carefully selected for their rich fibre and vitamin content that enrich this flour. It has a unique aroma which is enhanced if you add 5-10% of type 70% or yellow flour.

Basic Uses

Traditional Thracian bread, traditional sourdough bread etc.
