70% TYPE FLOUR SUPER SMOOTH

A flour that comes from a selection of soft wheat varieties and is easy to use, especially in plain mixers. It’s suitable for traditional breadmaking and for some confectionery products. It creates soft and easily handled doughs as well as crispy crusted and soft textured bread. It can be excellently combined with yellow flours.

Basic Uses

White handmade and traditional bread, breadsticks, cookies, homemade cakes etc.
