YELLOW FARINA

Made from Evros’s durum wheat, it is suitable for many breadmaking uses. It’s a very strong flour and highly water-absorbent. The dough becomes sweet and smooth, but at the same time it shows great tolerance. It can be combined with many types of flour, such as T 70, P, white or wholewheat to create doughs that prove excellently and are easily preserved.

Traditional bread, sandwich breads, pizza, peinirli, cheese bread etc.
