Coarsely grinded grains of durum wheat produce this unique flour, which is ideal for handmade bread with a lovely crust, fantastic aroma and yellow colour. Highly water-absorbent, this flour is suitable for both simple and spiral mixers. It can also be used in a mixture with Thracian flours in the M category as well as type 70% flours.
