YELLOW THRACIAN FINE FLOUR

Finely grinded durum wheat grains create a unique flour perfect for making aromatic traditional breads with a thin and crispy crust. It is suitable for traditional as well as spiral mixers. This flour is highly water-absorbent and creates doughs that prove excellently. It can be used in a mixture with Thracian type 70% flours.

Basic Uses

Traditional and composite bread, sandwich breads, traditional pizza, garlic bread etc.
