GOURMET VANILLA PREMIUM CHRISTMAS CAKE
ΥΛΙΚΑ
- 1.000 g Gourmet Vanilla Premium,
- 240 g butter 82%,
- 150 g sunflower,
- 450 g egg,
- 150 g water,
- 2 g mastic and 2 g mahlep or 2 g cinnamon and 2 g nutmeg,
- zest of 2 oranges,
- almond / hazelnut preferably
ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
- Melt the butter and together with all the ingredients, except the nuts, put it in the mixer,
- With the feather mix for 1 minute on speed 1 and 3 minutes on speed 2,
- In the end add the nuts and bake at 150-160°C, depending on the type of oven.

- 80 g water,
- 30 g hazelnut powder

- 200 g Gourmet Vanilla Premium,
- 160 g butter 82%,
- 200 g crystal sugar,
- 50 g almond powder,
- 8 g cinnamon powder,
- 2 g salt,
- COLD CREAM INGREDIENTS (Velours plus):,
- 1000 g water,
- 450 g cream Velours plus
ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
- Put all the ingredients in the mixer and mix with the feather for 1 minute on speed 1 and 3 minutes on speed 2,
- In a springform pan of 16cm, place 250 g cake, cold pastry cream with a pastry bag, 120 g apple and cinnamon powder.,
- Finally, crumble and bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes,
