ΥΛΙΚΑ
- 1.000 g Top Cream Caramel Cake,
- 300 g seed oil or 250 g sunflower oil ,
- 50 g melted butter,
- 450 g water
ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
- Mix 2 minutes on speed 1 ,
- 3 minutes on speed 2,
- Bake 185-190oC depending on the type of the oven
TOP CREAM CARAMEL RECIPE B (FOR A MOISTER CAKE)
ΥΛΙΚΑ
- 1.000 g Top Cream Caramel Cake ,
- 350 g sunflower oil or 300 g sunflower oil,
- 50 melted butter ,
- 450 g water
ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
- Mix 2 minutes on speed 1 ,
- 3 minutes on speed 2 ,
- Bake 185-190oC depending on the type of the oven
TOP CREAM CARAMEL CHRISTMAS CAKE
ΥΛΙΚΑ
- 1000 g Top Cream Caramel ,
- 200 g sunflower oil ,
- 150 g butter 82% ,
- 450 g water,
- Optionally add walnuts, orange zest, plum pieces and chocolate tears
ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
- Mix 5 minutes on speed 1,
- Bake at 150-160°C,
- After it has cooled, put chocolate, orange or vanilla glaze and decorate
